In 2016, the On It team was brought on to oversee all AV for the inaugural Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) event in San Francisco. The event was a two day conference that consisted of heads of industry from Yahoo, Cisco, NetApp, Google, and Facebook. After proving punctuality, reliability, and results, On It was brought in as the first team to assist leadership with growth and day to day operations.

On Its full list of responsibilities included: regional group support, webinar coordinating and editing, initiative management, AV and electrical planning and price negotiations, member forum engagement, document library management and tagging, content management of over 200+ sessions, final deck porting and quality control checks, setting member permissions to online content, speaker portal tracking, CVENT schedule entry, Crowd Compass app creation, release, and management, Jeopardy board and event schedule creation, printing, and sponsor AV support concierge.

Special projects included the development, design, and roll out of a proprietary speaker portal, the production of over 180 speaker videos, and negotiations which have saved the company over $150k to date

While supporting CLOC, membership exploded from 300 to 2400 people in 46 states and 47 countries, representing 1200 companies that consisted of 70% of the Fortune 100.
